Located within a 300 m² private garden, our 151 m² modern and luxurious villas offer a unique Sapanca villa experience, filled with the privileges of aesthetics and comfort.
Our Lake View concept villas are equipped with a smart home system. Through the tablet located at the entrance, you can control the heating and cooling systems, monitor security cameras, and easily contact the reception.
