Nevras Resort commenced operations in 2015 in the Sapanca Kadıpınar district as part of the "Enter Istanbul" group. Nevras Resort is conveniently located just 1 kilometre from the TEM Sapanca toll plaza. The resort offers a selection of 14 3+2 and 3 5+1 (Plus) villas, all of which are detached and feature their own pool, car park, garden and fireplace. These villas are strategically positioned to offer stunning views of Sapanca Lake.
The Nevras villas are constructed on 14 acres of land, with each independent villa measuring 750 m². The Nevras Plus villas are constructed on a 3-acre site, with each villa comprising an independent area of 1,000 m².
Our gardens offer a variety of amenities for your enjoyment, including barbecue facilities for family gatherings, a swing set for children, and seating areas with a view of the lake, complemented by our fruit trees. Furthermore, all rooms in the villas are equipped with air conditioning and natural gas heating.
Aside from the villas' private gardens, our facility boasts a range of shared amenities, including a children's playground, an adult sports area, an observation terrace, and a mosque.
At Nevras Cafe & Restaurant, we offer a selection of snacks in the social areas adjacent to our facility. In addition, we provide an activity area where you can enjoy a range of sports, including football, table tennis and table football.
